Fresh off the heels of the opening for Conjoined V, the Chet Zar curated exhibit at Santa Monica’s Copro Gallery, comes another sculpture-based group show highlighting visual artists that are exploring more 3-dimensional territories in their work. Opening this Saturday, February 7th at Modern Eden Gallery in San Francisco, The Zealot’s Elixer brings together nearly 2 dozen contributors offering up pieces “in a variety of mediums including ceramic, resin, wood, and found objects.” Among those featured will be the husband and wife duo of Ernie and Cassandra Velasco, collectively known as “Doubleparlour,” who are curating the impressive lineup for the event, which revolves around the theme of “false prophets and snake oil.”
