		<description>I have a former co-worker who has one and rides it around Athens. He has been criticized by strangers for having it, because it is obviously a big gas guzzler I guess lol, yet he may benefit from its use more than most, given his physical mobility issues. Meaning he gets no praise or awe from it despite &quot;needing&quot; it more than more people. And that&#039;s here in Athens. In Seattle they may go less noticed, or they may get you a beating.</description>
